Would it be possible to store a Excel sheet in a OpenEdge BLOB and to access this sheet from excel (inside Progress) without loading/coping the Excel sheet down to disk.
The simple answer is: No.
You can store the the Excel file in a Blob, but you'll have to copy it to a temp directory to be able to open it in Excel.
