Need to see if anyone has an answer to the following:
- 9.1E Progress application with some windows requiring vertical scrolling frames. (I have turned-off the horizontal scrollbars.)
- Scrolling works as expected, except it always “jumps” – pull-down the scrollbar, and it “snaps” back to the top while scrolling the data.
Does anyone know why it does this, and if there is anything that I can do to make the frame scrolling smoother? It’s almost like I need a “MAX-DATA-GUESS” method for frames, like there is for browse widgets.
