I have never used the database servers but I understand that there is a schema refereed to as a schema holder. If I set up a schema trigger to be fired when a record is added to a table which in realisty is in a remote MSSQL database, will that trigger fire when a record is added to that databsae through the remote MSSQL? If not (which I suspect) how can I fire off a progress procedure in reaction to an event in my remote MSSQL database?
