Does anyone know of a Progress Reseller that is A Certified Diversity Vendor.

Can you explain what you mean by Certified Diversity Vendor? I've never heard that designation before.
This is a term that mean that vendor is part of one of these group:
Minority or Women or Disable Owned business and has completed the Certification document required.
This is GSE term from the Dodge Finance Control law and also called OMWI - Hera Regulation.
It means that we are looking for someone that is one of those groups and can resale Progress and Provide Maintenance.
HA HA if there is such a company.
