Progress Explore Tool could not be opened

I did AppServer configuration. And made my system as server, unfortunately I did ‘License Update’. After that I could not open Progress Explore tool to see the status and getting below error.
Error: Unable to connect to AdminServer. Ensure Admin server is running (8336).
AdmiServices for OpenEdge10.2B is running [even restarted again and again.]
I’ve another version 10.0B installed but kept AdmiServices for OpenEdge10.0B is manual/stopped mode only.
Is there any way to open progress explore tool without uninstall and reinstall progress?

WRITE permitted to the working directory, problem solved.
