Hello Everyone,

What are the differents ways by which we can measure the DB reads of a OpenEdge Database ?  Any information would be much helpful.

This information is available in various Virtual System Tables (VSTs), and it can be viewed in various ways, e.g. writing your own ABL code, or running promon (promon at a shell command line).  If you are just beginning your inquiry into this area, I suggest you find the Database Administration manual for your release of OpenEdge and read the sections on VSTs and promon.

You might get more detailed and useful answers to your question if you articulated what problem you are trying to solve, or what you intend to do with the data once you obtain it.
