Hi All,

Is there a way to restrict database schema update (Add new table/filed/index) by using data dictionary tool in OpenEdge 10.2B ?

Keep a user connected so that one can't get a schema lock?

Seriously, though, this sounds like a attempt to stick a cork in a failing security dam.
