Error while installing Progress Openedge on windows

Hi All,

Good Day.

I am new to progress and I have downloaded the progress OpenEdge 11.2 from progress.com.

I am getting error while installing this software in windows 7 and the details below.

OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Error: Progress_oe_11.2_win_32.exe is not a valid win 32 application

Could you please help me to sort out this issue.

I would download the file again and try to install

Thanks Jens.

However I have managed the download things.

I have downloaded the evaluation toolkit form progress.com and it is asking Serial Number/product code while installation.

Note:

I have downloaded the trial version only.

Could you please help me to sort out this issue.

I would check the (somewhat crappy) knowledgebase at knowledgebase.progress.com. Maybe you should try to contact your local Progress Office/Support - I'm sure they can be more of help.

Finally I got Openedge in my pc.
