Error in Progress App

HI

We have progress application that is launched from Citrix and also as a desktop app. All of sudden we started getting an intermittent issue with the application, the trace is below:

I am not a progress developer but from systems side. This application was working so long and all of sudden we started getting the issue and I am not able to understand where the error is.

Any help would be appreciated.

Why operating system we are working with ? and what version of progress ?

Progress versions : 91c / 10b / 101c

Windows OS: Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 7
