Hi!
I'm trying to configure a Secure FTP Data Snapshot but when testing then connection its not working. I've tried all the options: Implicit FTP Over SSL, Explicit FTP Over SSL, etc. but none seems to work.
The URL that is creating Rollbase isn't adding the sftp. If I copy this URL, add "s" and execute in a browser is working.
Some idea of what I'm missing?

We do not support SFTP. We only support FTP and FTP over SSL.
FTP over SSL is different from SFTP.
If you can enable your File Sever to use FTP over SSL, then it would work.
Else work with Product Management to enhance Rollbase to support SFTP in an upcoming release.

- The SFTP is from a external provider. I will talk with them if it's possible to use FTP over SLL instead of SFTP.
- I'll talk with Product Management otherwise.

The external provider only provides SFTP. I'm in contact with the Progress Spanish representative to work on support SFTP in an upcoming release.
