integration microsoft exchange

Hello,

For integration with Microsoft Exchange, do you think :
- that it's possible to see only email messages from a subfolder ?
- that it's possible to add and copy an Incoming email (+ attachment) to an account, a contact, an opportunity, ... ?

Hi,

Currently in Rollbase, we just get all messages from folder named 'Inbox'. Capability to get messages from other folders say SentItems, Junk etc is not supported. However, you can log an enhancement idea around the same.

Secondly, we can attach any email as Communication-Log to any record from object which has got relationship with communication log. Kindly, investigate if your needs can be fulfilled via communication log,
