Can't receive the welcome email !

Hello,

I can't receive the welcome email, i started the service in each machine and i got the tomcat welcome page !

Actually, i can't get access to the login page :

@ of nginx machine : 192.168.0.140

-> nginx welcome page

but when i'm trying to access the welcome page (login) i got this error !
