Calendar with UK locale still shows US style dates, dd/mm ex

Hi,

The Generic Page Calendar on the Work Week and Week views shows column headings like "Mon 5/29" this looks like a US locale format while my Profile is set with Locale English United Kingdom. Please see attached screenshots. Please could you consider changing to be sympathetic to the locale and UK format of dd/mm.

Yes I can reproduce the issue. It is not specific to English UK - I can also see it with Spanish or French locales.
