Hi Anu,

If you are creating record in "COMMLOG" object using createRecord API then you can increase "MaxQueryLength" limit in  shared.properties file. Can you please try this and let me know ?

Please let us know the API that you are using and also the error message that you are getting.

Also, please try to increase the size of 'MaxDbLongStrLength' shared property.

i am using the public cloud, don't have option to increase the size. Whats the limit right now? and can we increase it?

Hi Anu,

You cannot modify the limit on public cloud.

Can you please share the error message you are getting and the steps you are following to update the communication log.
