Deleting records on a portal page

Hi,

I have a problem deleting records on a portal page. In this portal, users can create new records and view them through a list view. In this list view, the records can be edited through the actionbar, which works fine. However, the actionbar also contains a link to delete the record. I've made sure the users have all the neccesary permissions, but the deleting doesn't work. When I click "delete", the portal redirects to the homepage and I get this error in the backend: Error: You cannot delete this record.

Does anyone know what's going on?
