Private Cloud Upgrade

I tried to upgrade Rollbase from version 4.2.2.0 to latest 4.4.1.0. I have followed th instructions from:

but when I try to start the Rollbase server, using startup.bat from Pas_instance\bin, I get the following error:

Could you please provide "catalina" log file from C:\Progress\Rollbase\Pas_Instance\logs directory?
