[4.2] - Trigger is running even when the value hasn't ch

Hello,

I have a "Send Email After Update Trigger" that I have created that is supposed to send an email upon change of a lookup field (relationship to the USER object). Once I have created a record (without setting any value for this lookup field) and then go and update this record without updating the lookup field, it runs the email trigger. The Debug log is given below. Has this issue been fixed in a later release?

Obj1 75246 (ID=5103811): Need to run: value of "User Field" was changed: oldValue=NULL newValue=
  Running Email Test on Obj1: 75246 (ID=5103811)
  Obj1 75246 (ID=5103811): Sending email message: TO:xyz@googlemail.com
Finished ON_AFTER_UPDATE on 75246 (ID=5103811)

This issue has been addressed in Rollbase 5.1 release.
