When importing a large Excel file with more than 2000 records on my Rollbase Private Cloud instance, I get the following error:
Maximum 2000 records allowed, 2003 records already exist.
Import error: Error: cannot create more records, max 2000 allowed.
What (setting/option/license) sets the maximum amounts of records in can import using a CSV / Excel file?
For any of my customer tenants that makes sense. But how about my master tenant, is that license based?
I'm not sure if there is also a setting on master tenant, but then my guess would be the shared.properties on the tomcat server.
The evaluation license limits number of records to 2000. This is not configurable.
If you have a valid license, then master tenant is governed by the default plan from serviceLevel.xml (<tomcat>/rollbase/config/serviceLevel.xml)
