When we go to the recycle bin there are quite a few items and it would help to show a progress bar that highlights the current progress of deletion. This is valid for all other scenarios where the browser is just loading without any progress animation.

This is part of our backlog, in a more generic sense like you mentioned but a little low on priority. Will revert if it goes through :)
