4.2 - Selector Modal not closing after Selection in a popup

Hello,

We have a lookup field (multi relationship) in both an Edit and a popup page (QC)., rendered as a selector.

In the Edit page, when opening the selector page, and selecting multiple records, the Selector is closed after selection is made.

In the QC page, when opening the selector page, and selecting multiple records, the Selector is NOT closed after selection is made.

Are you aware of this behavior please ?

Hi Meryk,

I am unable to reproduce the issue.

In the QC page, when opening the selector page, and selecting multiple records, and clicking on Attach Selected button is closing the selector pop-up.

Could you please let me know the exact scenario?

Hi Chandu,

I checked again, and there is nothing particular in the scenario. Just a selector page open from a QC page. When selecting multiple records and clicking "Attach Selected", the popup is not closing.

Are you checking in version 4.2 ?

I have tried the below scenario in rollbase.com ( 4.2.2.0) and v4.3.0.0 (development) and I am unable to reproduce the issue in both cases

> In records list page, clicked on + symbol to launch quick create

> Clicked on search icon of lookfup field and selected a few records and then clicked on 'Attach Selected' button

> Records are getting attached and pop-up has been closed

I have tried in Chrome browser.

Could you confirm that is it a browser specific issue?

Hi Chandu,

I just realized it is because of the search : We are actually programmatically clicking on Search.(in the Detailed Search).

So if you want to reproduce it, just have a detailed Search and click on it, then select multiple records and click "Attach Selected", and then the selector page will not close.

Hi Mery,

The issue #45260 ([Community] Selector pop-up is not getting closed when user selected record of detailed search results in case of one relationship lookup field) is still in open state.

We will let you know once it is fixed.
