I have a difference in running batch job:
1- I Press a button 'Run Now' it's working great.
2- The batch jobs run on a schedule nothing happens.
any ideas?

What type of Batch job(System Backup, Data Maintenance, Generate report,....) you are running?
If you are running "Data Maintenance" batch job make sure have given respective permissions. Please refer to attached documentation link for more details.
