We encountered an issue regarding with the ORIGINAL ID of the object and Template. We are using an Rollbase.com before and it is working. When we moved into our private instance the ORIGINAL ID used in template and object are not working. It should work in different zone/instance since we are using the ORIGINAL ID of the template and object.

We investigated this problem. In this case you should use template id not original template id. In rollbase.com it is working because original id and template id are same.
