Can we move all tenants from 4.0.6.3 to 4.2 using backup/restore ?

Hi Tawatchai,

No, this is not possible. The backup should be restored on an environment which is on same version as source.

In your scenario, you should first upgrade 4.0.6.3 to 4.2 version, take backup and restore.

No. Backup/Restore works in same version. if you have taken backup in 4.2 version then you can restore that backup file in 4.2 version only.

For your case upgrade to 4.2 version then take back up and restore it on fresh rollbase 4.2 installation.
