OE Service Object not displaying correctly on mobile

Hi Guys,

I’m using V4.2.0.2 and testing the Rollbase responsive user interface on mobile, but the OE Service object does not display correct.

Attached is screenshots of a standard Rollbase object, aswell as a Remote Database object, displaying correctly.
The Open Edge Service object does not display correctly in the default list view, but in the detailed grid view it displays correct.

I have manually updated the Record Name template to reflect the Item Name (this was previously blank) but that still does not resolve the problem.

Hi Stephen,

We are aware of this issue and we will try to fix this for next release. For time being can you create your own card and including fields that you would like to see them in card. This issue comes when your object record name field integration name is not "name". If you want to fix this for default card then please change your record name field integration name to just "name" while mapping your OESO object in Rollbase..

For tacking purpose I am proving you a defect ID: 45243

Thanks,

Vimal.

Hi Stephen,

We recommend, for best results on mobile, to use the blueprint called “Modern - Vertical Menus”.  It provides both a responsive and an adaptive UI.  It has a much nicer sidebar.

We also recommend to create a custom card, as Vimal pointed out, in order to have a better rendering than the default list view.
For example, here is how it looks on a Travel app:

Default mobile list view                                                                                        With custom card
