Job does not stop

In admin environment i try to stop an importjob, the system responces with "canceling" but the job does not stop. Is there an other way to stop this job

You are trying correct way to stop. The import job should get cancelled. Can you provide details about the Rollbase version you are using and import job is normal or bulk import?

We are on private cloud version 4.1.1.0 (it is in production sinds july 1th 2016).
(We have 185 users)
It was a normal import, and was cancelled bij me after 35 minutes.
However it look as though the cancelling had no affect, because 5 hours later is was ready on processing 64.000 records.

Hi,

Cancelling job doesn't take immediate effect but it will signal the job to cancel. It is stopping after 35 mins is strange. Can you check the job logs file.

If possible share job logs file.

We tried at our end it works correctly.
