REST API createRecord Language dateformat

Hi,

We using Private cloud rest API to create a record and set a date e.g. 2016-06-27.

when the api user has language setting English its working fine. When the user has language settings to dutch the date wil be set to wrong date.

Dutch:

can anybody help me?
