[4.0.4.0] - Scheduled FTP Import does not run

Hello,

I have a Scheduled FTP Import Batch Job that is scheduled to start off at 6 am in the morning everyday. For some unknown reason it doesn't run at the scheduled time. However if I manually go and click "Run Now", it works. I think there is a bug here.

Hi Iram,

Are you seeing any errors in the log files? Please attach logs from <tomcat>/rollbase/storage.

Hello Shiva,

I have checked the Jobs.log file on the server and found that it doesn't do anything at those scheduled times. It was supposed to run a scheduled import at 09:30 am today morning but this is from the last update from those log files. This is a bug and needs to be fixed. It doesn't take into account those timings for a scheduled FTP import.

Is it happened before? Do you have any idea from when you are seeing this behaviour?

Can you please attach AllErrors.log file?

I haven't tried the Scheduled FTP Import mechanism before and this is probably the first time I am using it. However the FTP connection is all ok with the credentials, the file is there, the time is set and everything looks good. So I'm not really sure why its not working at any specified time. Could you confirm this on your end that you can successfully perform a scheduled FTP import please?
