Can I share Support request record owner between portal user

In my support request, portal user can only see record that created by themselves.


So, Can I make them see all support request in their customer?

Hello Wave,

If this is the default "Support Tickets" feature, there is no built-in mechanism to share records - but ownership can be transferred at the Master-zone level from the Support Center app.
In my test, I see that the tickets created by Rollbase tenantuser1 get transferred to Rollbase tenantuser2 if the Master zone user edits the "Subscriber" value.
The Support Tickets link in the Tenant-level UI shows ticket records for the logged in user. (This is an actual logged-in Rollbase user).
