Creating new Customer and Enable support access

Hi,

For Creating New Customer and support access in Kerberos Authentication ( Step 5 in Creating new Customer "http://documentation.progress.com/output/rb/doc/#page/rb/kerberos-authentication-details.html" ) Can any one suggest me how can i "Enable support access" so that i can use the support login from the master tenant .

Can you please refer to documentation.progress.com/.../ and see if that helps.

Hi Manooj,

Thanks a lot for your support , however I am unable to see Support Access page under the Administration Setup as progress documentation in the link suggested. Please see the screen shot of  Administration Setup .

Please suggest if I am missing something.

Hi John,

Login using tenant credentials and enable support access. You were looking in master.
