Password Expiration Policy and Security Level

Hi All,

It is my understanding that you can set the password expiration policy and security level for each tenant zone that then applies to the subscribers in the tenant zone. If these two parameters (pw expiration policy = 90 days and security level = high) are set in the tenant zone, is there any possible way that different settings in the master zone (pw expiration policy = 60 days and security level = medium) could overwrite the settings in each tenant zone?
