Controlling Access Using Hierarchies

How to do stop whether users have access to the data owned by or shared with their subordinates in the hierarchy.

Use case 1

    Manager 1.1

    Child 1.1.1, Child1.1.2, Child 1.1.3

In this case if I don't want Child 1.11 to see 1.1.2 record we can control by having record owner filter.

If Manager 1.1 wants all access then they can see all record by having a filter without record owner

User Case 2

   Manager 2.1

    Child 2.1.1, Child2.1.2, Child 2.1.3

    Manager 2.2

    Child 2.2.1, Child2.1.2, Child 2.2.3

What can we do so that Manager 2.1 and Manager 2.2 cann't see each other record which is owned by them. They cann't see child record of each other by using organization group and function.

whether users have access to the data owned by or shared with their subordinates in the hierarchy.
