1. Is it possible to use for outgoing email and reply to ? if yes then how will be the setup
2. Is it possible to use company email for some the user and for one user yahoo within same zone? If yes then how will be the setup
Yahoo supports SMTP endpoint. SO you should configure Yahoo as SMTP Server which should enable you to send mails using Yahoo.
We support mail server options at Tenant Level and User Level with some restrictions.
With 4.2 release we will support Exchange Server as well
So you can configure SMTP Server at tenant Level and use it for some users and some users you can configure their Exchange Server.
