Even though the Rollbase 4.0.5 is using bootstrap 3 for the new UI it is still generate the portal pages with the older version of bootstrap that is version 2.
Is this supposed to be upgraded in near future or do we have to do it ourselves?

The Portal pages are not yet modernized and still uses older libraries. Same is the case with the setup pages.
They still use older version of libraries.
Moderizing the Portal pages is in our backlog but not targeted for any of the immediate releases.
As of now it is tentaively planned for the Q4 release.
