Responsive Portals

How can we make a portal responsive? Do we have to do this through our own css? Will the portaltheme.css handle this?

In the future, Portal functionality revamp will provide responsive website templates as starting points. Probably driven by bootstrap.

Until the feature is out, you will have to code the responsiveness yourself.
