For the new support access that is part of rollbase 4.x, does the user that would exist on each tenant zone cost $$ or take a license seat? We are not using 4.x yet.

The support access "Login" and "Login As" feature does not contribute to the license seat. It is a helper account that lets you maintain your tenants as system administrator (full access - Login) or debug application issues as any actual user account (role based - Login As).
