Back button is no longer there in the New UI

Hello,

Whenever we are in a record's view page and we click on a particular link on that page to go to the related record's view page, there used to be a "Back" button that used to appear on the top left of the navigated record's view page (version 3, 3.0.5, 3.2.0.0 etc). This back button isn't there anymore and I would like to know if there is a setting that would enable this back button functionality again. This was a great feature that would allow navigation and make sure that the user isn't lost in the process. Could someone please let me know whether this functionality has been removed from the New UI (version 4.0.0.0 onwards) or it is available via enabling some option?

Hi,

Below are the screenshots for you reference. 

 _ Parent obj (RoleTest) 

 _ Child obj (Child)

_ 1 - * relation.

parent object's view page show "back to list"

If you navigate to the view page of record "2" from related grid control, a back button (which takes to parent record) appears.

Hello Iram,

In the new UI you would find the Back button (curvy arrow) on the right-hand side. Can you please check if this is the button functionality you need?

Hi Iram,

This was a bug till 4.0.4 and was fixed in 4.0.5.

Please verify and get back if you still see any issue.

That's not what I was looking for. Would possibly jump directly to 4.1.0.0. In the meanwhile would it be possible for you to post a screenshot of a page that contains this back button just to be sure we are talking about the same thing please? Kindly let me know.
