Hi,

We can download a help desk module from marketplace, but I am looking for more strict access control: Different access level associated with different ticket types. Eg. Tickets are marked as type A and type B, etc. User Group A can only view type A tickets and User Group B can only view type B tickets, but user admin can view both type A and type B tickets.

Has anyone build something similar before or is there any best practice? Thanks.
