Batch job sends report plain html coding

I have a html report which I want to send on a weekly basis. I want to use batch job, but when sending it through the batch job the html is not parsed. When I run the report manually it works fine. What am I missing? 

We're on a private cloud (4.0.3)

I see the same behavior. It looks like a known problem that has existed for a while.

But, still, to be sure, has this worked for you before?

I don't know if it worked before because I've never used it before. But I would like to use it!
