Cannot Create a Support Case as Drop Down does not have Roll

I can no longer create a support case as the drop down only allows me to create a case for DataDirect Cloud.

Can you assist?

This has been addressed.

I was able to see Rollbase as one of your products in the drop-down.

From where are yu trying to open a support ticket?

Is it from a thread through our Community? Or when you are on Support web portal, SupportLink?
