Hello,
I am using a document template for generating attachments for emails. The attachment part is okay, but I am having an error on generating the word document itself. When I open the attached document to the record, a Window with System Error pops up instead of the download link of the document.
The error says:
"SYSTEM ERROR
com.aspose.words.Document.save(Ljava/io/OutputStream;I)V"
I hope somebody can give me insights on this.

Hi,
1.Created document template.
2.Created Field of Type Document Template and attached document template created in step-1.
3.Created the Record.
4.Clicked word document file.
5. I able to get popup dialog for download document.
Can you please provide some more information which version you are using and any other specific steps to reproduce the issue.

Do you have the aspose jar added to the libraries in your environment? Can you please check the Rollbase logs for some more info regarding this error?

I have the exact same scenario as satyanarayana sunku stated. but in step 5, there is an error.
here is the error that pops up:
com.aspose.words.CompositeNode.getDocument()Lcom/aspose/words/Document;
Release: 3.0.3.0

-Not sure. I'll ask our Server Admin for this.
Yes. aspose jars needed in our libraries. Please ask your Server Admin to add jars.

Hey guys, I just checked with my Server Admin, it is existing in the server libraries. Any insights on what to do next?
What version of aspose jars you've you are using, can you please confirm?
Also, the pop-up message indicates very little, can you please share the complete log from below location:
..\..\Rollbase\Pas_Instance\rollbase\storage\2\log\AllErrors.log
