Grid Action Menu - New UI

Hello,

Is there a way we could increase the delay on the hover in the grid actions menu such that we have more time to make an Edit/Delete/Detach selection? Kindly let me know.

We are reworking this to move away from hover based approach. In 4.0.4 this will be click/touch based and will go away only when clicked/touched outside.
