What is the best practice for essentially cloning an application with objects and relationships intact, but for a new application unrelated to the original?

Unfortunately, there is not easy to achieve this currently in Rollbase. You can try creating a new application and clone the object definitions and associating the new cloned objects to the new Application. Cloning object definition will clone all its fields, relationships, pages etc. But, at the end there has to be some manual effort in validating whether everything (for example: relationships) have been created properly.
