I noticed an issue when trying to add an un-ordered list using the Rich HTML text editor and it append "������" to the list. Is that supposed to happen by default or is this a bug? Kindly let me know.

Please let us know are you coping the unordered list from some where else or creating from the editor. Also please can you let us know which bullet icon you using in un-ordered list.

I am not copying the unordered list from anywhere, just clicking on the bullet points. Clicking on either of the bullet points icon (i.e. the dots or the numbers) can be used to reproduce this issue.
