We have a user that added filters to a preset view. They then went to export the view and the filters were not passed to the export. Instead of getting only the records currently displayed, they received an export of all the records that met the view criteria. Should the export respect the filters a user adds? It seems like it should.

You will find that when you give the filter while designing the view, the export data contains only the filtered data. The dynamic filter exports all the records.
