Survey and Quizz for customer satisfaction

Hi,

    I have a CRM in rollbase, user of this application is my cowokers.

I want use survey fonctionnality for my customer satisfaction, but only rollbase user answer a rollbase survey.


Is it possible to attach the survey an object instead of a user?

Hi Adrien,

For such use cases you can create a survey object with portal user property enabled (create customers with the details).

Now the portal created can be accessed through portal users (i.e., your customers).

For the portals you need to customize your page design based on your requirement.
