ISV Partner can Access Customer Account ?

Can ISV Partner has authority to access his Customer Accounts and  make changes in the Applications they are accessing ??

Hi,

If customer enabled support access which is available in Setup Home then you can log into his system using Login/Login As option available in customer record details page.

No ISV Partner cannot access his Customer Accounts. When you create a customer account, customer will receive an email with username and temporary password. If you have access to provided email then you can login as customer
