Help me!! I have a "Big Problem" . After install R

HI EveryOne!!

      I Installed Rollbase Private cloud v 3.2.4. after that I try to start rollbase service but I cannot start my rollbase because "Pas_Instance" folder is Gone. What Happen? and Howto Fixed .

Could you please check whether the following file exists or not in your system?

C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe

If exists please add the following value to PATH environment variable.

C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0;

Are you using windows 8?

Could you please share install logs?

You can find logs at C:\Progress\Rollbase\install\logs

HI spanyala!!

      I send  Logs files to you  and Yes!! I use Window 8 . I have 2 logs in Pas Folder and 2 Logs Display message see below.



1. Pas_Instanve.log - Message

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Execution command --> C:\Progress\Rollbase\pas\bin\tcman.bat create -p 8830 -P 8831 -s 8832 C:\Progress\Rollbase\Pas_Instance
Command Exit Value is - > 0
CATALINA_HOME is not defined or points to an invalid server installation


2. Pas_tailor.log- Message

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Execution command --> C:\Progress\Rollbase\pas\bin\pas_tailor.bat -v C:\Progress\Rollbase\pas
Command Exit Value is - > 1
'PowerShell.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Hi Boy,

Seems PowerShell is not exists in path. Can you open command prompt and type PowerShell? It should return like below

Please remove CATALINA_HOME variable from environment variables.
