Native Rollbase Object record being converted into an OpenEd

Posted by chamer1 on 18-Jun-2015 03:21

Hi,

I have a Rollbase object called 'prospects' and an OESO called 'Customer'. I setup a relationship between the two (a one to one). I then setup a Data Map for the field mappings. When I then use the 'Convert' option to convert a Prospect to a Customer I get an error (see below). Even though an error is produced, the record has successfully been create in OpenEdge as I've mapped all the necessary required fields.

For the moment, I can use an alternative method of converting using the in built Workflow features to fire up the 'New Customer Record' screen, this makes the functionality visible and allows the user to alter the data which at the moment is a reasonable workaround.

Can someone within Progress verify this and route it accordingly?

Thanks Colin
