I have performed an installation of Rollbase for a client as a test and I cannot seem to find the support options like: Help Me, Support, Privacy and Terms of Use in the footer. All I can see is Support Tickets. I do have all the options in the Master zone but only support tickets in the client zone. I did make sure that I have enabled "Support Menu" option in the Account settings of my client. Any possible suggestions on where I can enable that setting that would allow me to see all the options please? Kindly let me know.

We do not show Help Me, Support for Customers that are ISVs. You probably have yourself tagged as an ISV Partner for your client.

Also if the Customer is created as an ISV, you need to configure the Support URL on the customer for the Support link to appear - See more at: https://community.progress.com/community_groups/rollbase/f/25/p/17969/63656.aspx#63656
