Rollbase Java User Object - Which Library?

TriggerRunner has a method for getUser() that returns a User object.  I cannot find this object is any of the libraries (and neither can Eclipse).

What library should be included to reference this object?

Class com.rb.core.data.user.User can be found in rb_core.jar
